2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States & DC who are 18+ (or age of majority in their state) at time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family/household members of Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible. Void where prohibited. Sponsor may require proof of eligibility and identity.

3. Promotion Period

Starts 10/30/2025 - 12/24/2025 Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to obtain entries. Limit of one (1) free-code redemption per person per seven (7) calendar days during the Promotion Period. Entries received via any method are combined in the same drawing. Purchase does not increase odds of winning.

A. Purchase Method (Merchandise Orders)

During the Promotion Period, visit SpoonFedGarage.com and purchase eligible merchandise. You will receive one (1) entry per $1.00 USD spent on the subtotal of eligible products, excluding shipping, taxes, discounts, and fees. Canceled/refunded orders are void. Name and email on the order will be used for entry attribution.

B. Free Methods (No Purchase Necessary)

You may obtain free entries by either (i) free code at checkout or (ii) mail-in:

i. Free Code at Checkout (15 Entries; 1×/week):
During the Promotion Period, visit [SpoonFedGarage], add the “Free Entry” product (priced $0.00) to cart, and apply promo code SPOON at checkout to receive fifteen (15) free entries with a $0.00 checkout. Limit one (1) code redemption per person per seven (7) calendar days. No shipping/handling or any fee may be charged. You must provide your full name, email, and mailing address to validate entries. Any attempt to use multiple emails/addresses/accounts or bots to exceed weekly limit is void and may result in disqualification.

ii. Mail-In Entry (AMOE):
Handwrite your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, email address, and the statement “Spoon Fed Garage Giveaway – [Campaign Name]” on a 3″×5″ card and mail in a #10 envelope to: Spoon Fed Garage Giveaway, Attn: AMOE, [165 e 900 n spanish fork ut 84660 po box 22]. Each valid mail-in received earns fifteen (15) entries. Limit one (1) mail-in request per person per seven (7) calendar days (postmarked within the applicable week and received by [AMOE Receipt Deadline]). No photocopies/mechanical reproductions. Sponsor not responsible for lost/late/misdirected mail.

Entry Cap & Integrity: Sponsor may set reasonable caps to ensure fairness and may disqualify any entrant using fraudulent/automated means or violating these Rules.

5. Prize(s) & Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)

Grand Prize: [2025 Surron Light Bee] (ARV $[4499]). 
Prize is awarded as-is; no cash alternative unless required by law. Winner is responsible for all taxes/fees (including federal, state, and local income or use taxes), registration, title, insurance, licensing, and pickup/delivery costs unless expressly stated otherwise here. If vehicle: winner must have required valid license and proof of insurance.

6. Winner Selection & Odds

Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received on or about [12/25/2025]. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor may use a reputable third-party randomization tool and will keep auditable records of the drawing.

7. Winner Notification & Verification

Potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the information provided within [2] days after the drawing. Potential winner must complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and IRS Form W-9 (for prizes ≥ $600) within [10] days of notification. Failure to respond or complete required documents in time, or if notification is returned as undeliverable, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate.

8. Taxes & Reporting

For prizes with ARV ≥ $600, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-NEC or 1099-MISC for the calendar year in which the prize is awarded. Winner is solely responsible for all taxes. Consult a tax professional.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, winner agrees that Sponsor and its designees may use winner’s name, city/state, likeness, photos/videos of prize acceptance, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor may disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

11. Release & Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation or receipt/use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention; (b) technical errors; (c) printing/typographical errors; (d) lost/late/undeliverable entries; (e) personal injury or property damage. In no event will Sponsor be liable for attorney’s fees, punitive, incidental, consequential, or other damages.

12. Disputes; Governing Law

Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Utah. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor, shall be governed by Utah law, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles.

13. Privacy

Information submitted by entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at  Sponsor will use personal information to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, and as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Winners List

For the name of the winner, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Spoon Fed Garage Winners List,  within [30/60] days after the Promotion ends, or check your email.
